We will begin the day with A relaxing and fun morning yoga practice led by Caroline. Our practice will be followed by A delicious, healthy and nutritious vegetarian lunch prepared by Ballymaloe trained chef Tanya

We will then head outdoors for An invigorating guided walk along the beach and along the Cliffs, stopping for a special meditation overlooking the Atlantic en route

We will then continue our immersion in nature with a Sauna Ceremony & Sea Dip on th the pier (optional)

This is A day with focus on mindfulness and Self Care with time to relax and reflect and connect with others in a beautiful part of West Clare
